coaches abound in the audience of about 12 people. There are psychologists, engineers, even a midwife. Two people
clearly identified, are old acquaintances, friends, almost, Virginia Farrú and Lizana Memo. The rest are just women, including a Colombian and English.
A very active group of high interest and even passion, for the topics to be addressed.

I listen carefully to María José a review of the history of the Enneagram, where characters names are in my records as

Claudio Naranjo, all important in the transition from stick to what comes to us today about these matters. Different aspects or interpretations of this knowledge, with the Jesuits, also relevant actors in this dance, now converging currents as interpretative notes María José.

Later we will going into more depth for each number, voice alternating these two facilitators. I find this exercise a good overview of features and at the same time an approach to looking at the coaching services to individual cases, real (no names) coaches in companies with different numbers of the Enneagram. And discuss in each case as we would do given the number facing given the personality characteristics and their pros and cons. Interesting
seems to say the least this approach. Looking for example of a successful 3 within an organization that meets with difficulty, their own number, to connect into with your computer. To accept a coaching job, raising awareness for your style of being Enneagram number that identifies, we can act with much greater awareness and freedom, designing roads, behavior, in order to cure blindness of their structure and thus to continue his career promotion.

A coachee 7, department head, connected with situations scattered exciting, pleasurable, mobilizing, motivating their people fairly well But his subordinates feel that the leaves, it is not clear indications of what to do. I think of these partners in a coaching company, focused on the look of the Enneagram, which is spent talking about what they learn as they experience the work of coaching, as in their readings, and are given the task of writing and synthesized as a distillation of knowledge, and sharing with peers in a workshop like this. Pairs which in turn are comparing their own experiences of coaching, no distinctions with regard to the conscious use of the Enneagram in their sessions, but it is definitely a learning session and dissemination of experience and significant knowledge.
In the lunch break we went to Virginia and Memo, which I find is connected to the
TiCinco , a kind of entertainment service with dancing and it is getting ready to study theater, and it occurs to us to offer an exercise of activation, led by Memo, with its know-how of these things. It appears, select the music

closed the workshop with a tour of the Enneagram numbers, but this time looking at the case where the Coach is watching your own number , stopping in to take care not to interfere with the work with the coachee. This section provides for much more and is an approach that had not seen and I appreciate the look to have put that aside.
