studied Commercial Engineering at the Catholic University of Chile and was at the end of that race, in a work group to bring business ideas to class, he understood that the subject of creativity would be the subject thereafter.

I must stress that is 32 years old, married with a son newcomer, and already had the privilege of speaking at TED in the U.S.. Aside from Isabel Allende, our current national prize for literature, I know of another Chilean who has spoken at TED in the U.S..

What impressed me most in the conversation is formula of creativity, as creator tells me, is Dr. Ruth Noller .

Creativity (the variable "c"), is a function of (hence the "f"), "a" multiplied by a relationship between three variables:

• The knowledge (also " c "), which has two dimensions: a vertical depth in the art upon which seeks creativity and horizontal, which refers to the need for the creative, because we are talking about people obviously, even more specifically its conduct, has wide knowledge, ie, not overly specialized type.

Diego is working on what we might call, rescuing people or recovering from damage to the educational process to deal with us, obviously creativity was not in the objectives.

And it is now essential.
